The spacious Deluxe Queen Suite provided a relaxing atmosphere for my family. We enjoyed the good breakfast options and appreciated the room design. However, housekeeping needs improvement. the ice bucket was unclean, and I found only a partial bottle of shampoo in the bathroom. The pool area could benefit from a hot tub as well.

On the downside, I noticed some areas needing attention. The housekeeping didn’t vacuum well, and I found hair that should have been cleaned up. Also, the mini fridge had a timer, which made it inconvenient for keeping drinks cold. It flickered on and off, so my drinks weren’t always chilled. Small things can make a big difference.

My stay was enjoyable with easy access to several attractions, like the wild west waterpark right around the corner, and beautiful walking paths that led to the wisconsin deer park just down the road, which made my city explorations effortless and fun. as a family with children, I thought the hotel had good amenities for us to unwind after a busy day out, but the cleanliness could use a little more attention.

I liked that the room door closed quietly which is nice since we had kids running around and the breakfast was very good as an included breakfast and everyone in my family loved the variety available especially the waffles
